    Q: How to Apply via Manual Form?

    A: Step 1. Download Application Form and print OR Collect application form at nearest bank 
    Step 2. Fill the form, deposit amount on bank deposit slip and application form in nearest bank and collect / receive "Customer Copy" of payment slip / Form

    Q: How to Apply via Bank Challan

    A: Step 1. Visit "New Application" link and fill the application form
    Step 2. Enter all required fields and select payment option "Pay Via Bank Challan"
    Step 3. Select "Bank" where you want to deposit application form and amount
    Step 4. Download and "Print" Application Form
    Step 5. Visit nearest branch of selected bank with printed application form
    Step 6. Deposit amount and application form in nearest bank and collect / receive "Customer Copy" of payment slip / Form
    Step 5. Bank will send application form / deposited challan copy to DHA Bahawalpur
    Step 5. Check status of your online application on DHAB website after 05 working days.

    Q: How to Apply via Credit Card

    A: Step 1. Visit "New Application" link and fill the application form
    Step 2. Enter all required fields and select payment option "Pay Via Credit Card"
    Step 3. Deposit payment via Internet Payment Gateway (Visa Card/ Master Card / Union Pay)
    Step 4. On successful transaction, download and keep "Application Form [PDF FILE]" in your record only (DO NOT SEND FORM TO ANY BANK OR DHA BAHAWALPUR)
    Step 5. Check status of your online application on DHAB website after 05 working days.

    Q: Why I have to enter captcha at the end of application form?

    A: Dear Valued Customer Follow these steps for Successful Submission of Application form and Credit Card Payments:
    1.Check your card is open for e-commerce transaction.
    2.Fill and proceed form in due time (5 Min max). Otherwise your connected session will expire and you need to start as fresh. Kindly re-submit the New Application form.
    3.Furthermore, Kindly insert your details in the given format: Full Name (mention on CNIC/NICOP/Credit Card , No Extra Space in Name) ; CNIC#(13 Digit without Dashes) ; Email(should be correct) ;Contact# (format= 92xxxxxxxxx) ; Address( should be compact, not so long and without Special Characters, No Extra Spaces, No Enter Keys ); Credit Card (Visa / Master / Union Pay). You can re-submit the New Application form.

    A: Dear Valued Customer, If you have done the payment through Credit Card, then you don't not need to send any document .
